Spend the day fishing for bass, trout and pan fish on picturesque Saunders lake and then relax in the evenings overlooking the peaceful water from the full length deck of this lovely home.

Just across the lake is the world famous Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, where you can explore miles of sand on your ATV!

Rates for 2008
For Up To 6 People Sun - Thu Fri,  Sat and Holidays Weekly
May - October    $110/night $125/night $635/week
November - April  $85/night $95/night $475/week
  • 1% State lodging tax added to total
  • Call for Monthly rental rates.
  • Above rates are for 6 people. Extra people, up to 8 max, are $15/person/day.
  • Pets are $15/pet/day.
  • $100 per week Security & Cleaning Deposit. (refundable)

  • 2 Night minimum

  • 3 Night minimum all holiday weekends

  • Check in time 3:00 PM

  • Check out time 12:00 PM

  • Row boat and canoe available for a flat fee of $25

A Confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of a 50% deposit plus a $100 security/cleaning deposit. Full payment  is due 14 days before check in. Upon receipt of full payment we will email you the code for the door lock. The security/cleaning deposit will be returned within 7 days with a list of deductions, if any.

If you need to cancel 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 handling fee.  If you cancel 15-30 days prior to your arrival we will refund your deposit minus a $50 handling fee.  Sorry no refund of your deposit can be made if you cancel less than 15 days prior to your arrival.
