A Confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of a 50% deposit  Full payment  is due 14 days before check in. The security and cleaning deposits will be returned within 7 days with a list of deductions, if any.

If you need to cancel 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 handling fee.  If you cancel 15-30 days prior to your arrival we will refund your deposit minus a $50 handling fee.  Sorry no refund of your deposit can be made if you cancel less than 15 days prior to your arrival.
